I’ve been a client of Mezzanine for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed going to Mezzanine, the salon is a very tidy, well-laid-out upstairs business.

I’m always greeted by very friendly staff, who are very professional, and helpful and make me very comfortable with either a glass of water or a hot drink if I’m a tiny bit early for my appointment.

In recent times with the nation’s alert levels, I was very impressed with Mezzanine and the strict protocols they followed to the T. The Mezzanine owner followed every single bit of detail that was provided by the government ensuring both clients and staff were safe.

All this and more that the Mezzanine staff had done made me feel like a very safe and valued client of theirs. The text communication is excellent, informing me of any updates.

The haircuts I have are always cut to a very high standard which I’m always extremely happy with. So is my wife.
